Well last August (August 2014) my fiancee, our kids and myself moved from our old place in Auckland to the Waikato to a town called Matamata which is nicknamed Hobbiton as the movie set where the built the town 'Hobbiton' for LOTR movie. Its a great town which has so many beautiful places to go especially the hiking trail to the waterfalls but sadly I've been so busy with work, family and organizing fundraisers for my daughter school as I am a member of the school PTA board. We've been living on a dairy farm in the farm house and now we have to move again in less then a year F***ING annoying

Well hopefully once we've moved into our new place and I've given myself a day off or sometime so I can go out and get some new shots on my new camera

Finally Back :D

3 min read

I've been away for quiet a long time now but I'm finally back, not only on DA but im finally back homeWoohooooo!Woohooooo!Woohooooo!

On Saturday the 15th March 2014 @ 09:51pm I gave birth to my second child, a beautiful baby girl my husband and I named Elizabeth and weighing a wooping 10lbs! and yes you read correct 10lbs (my poor lady bitz EyepoppingEyepoppingEyepopping  ) and now I have the two most amazingly beautiful girls HeartHeartHeart
I only got discharged from the hospital just over 1week ago, I spent over 55days in hospital and had been there since my daughter Elizabeths birth. Why you ask?!? because my poor baby girl was born with an enlarged kidney (best way to explain it is; its like inflammation of the kidney) so we had to have a lot of ultra sound scans and medication until the kidney returned to its normal size, which finally did and my sweet baby Liz and I got to come home YAYA

Its been great being back home, sleeping in my own bed, being with my husband and children, my oldest daughter absolutely loves being a big sister, she has absolutely adored her baby sister from the moment she met her

Today - Friday 23rd of May 2014 my first born girl has turned 5 years old, we all had a great day taking her out shopping to buy her more presents, buying her school uniform, stationary, awesome birthday dinner party then her favourite TEN PIN BOWLINGPartyPartyPartywhich I haven't done in 10years so lets say I wasnt very good actually I was beaten by my 5yo daughter by alotroflroflrofl
I'm so happy and excited for my girl Cleo as she keeps saying
"I'm now a big girl because I get to start big kid's school".:squee::squee::squee:
My first baby is now 5yo and she will be starting her first day at primary school on Monday 26th of May, I am still just so amazed and shocked at how fast the years have gone by and now they're going to go even faster... I'm just so happy just beyond words (in a good way). :happybounce::happybounce::happybounce:

I cant wait until Monday to take her for her first day of Primary school I'm most likely going to take a million photos of her in her uniform all done up

Well I have put up the wedding photos of my parents wedding which was about a 2010, I've been meaning to put them up for ages so finally I have done it :) :) :)
The camera I was using was a family member who let me borrow the camera for the day during the wedding ceremony and after ceremony photos, there are also a few during the wedding reception too.

I will be loading up more photos of the wedding and the reception but am still in the process of editing the photos, so once I've finished doing that I will get them up into ma gallery :bounce::bounce::bounce:

I dont have many new photos at the moment, but am planning this winter to hopefully go away and get some new photos :D :D :D

The Sunday just been (25/11/12) was the massive Farmer's Auckland Santa Parade (those that don't know Farmer's is a massive nation wide clothing store, has nice clothing, great make-up and awesome kids clothes). Anyways every year round christmas time they put on a massive parade that is in Auckland City CBD it goes down the main street of the city Queens Street, along Customs Street, then back up and finishes nearly all the way up Albert Street so about 2.2km. I wanted to be on Queens st near the bottom as Queen st. is on a hill I really wanted to capture the parade floats coming down distanced behind each other. Sadly we got there an hour before (should have gotten there earlier) and Queens street was totally packed already then again everywhere was packed (no suprises there) and was alittle guttered that I couldn't sit where I originally wanted too. So had to make do with Customs street. Well in the end it turned out to be a great spot, was standing on a elevated garden ledge standing higher then the those on the foot path and got a clear view of the parade with no one blocking my camera view :D it was a bloody hot day and my garden ledge had a nice umbrella shaped tree so not only a great view but with a great shade too so it turned into a blessing instead.

But soon after my happiness turned to me being pissed off at myself, not only did I have the wrong bloody memory card (I cant believe I forgot to check which one I had) but to add insult to injury I forgot to add my charged battery and when the parade began my camera told me my battery power was low :rage::rage::rage: lucky for me I have an iPhone (also takes great shots too) so was able to use the floats that were infront of me to take the photos too.

Got some great shots with both cameras and will soon load up my favourite ones on Dev. It was funny seeing kids sitting on the roof of all the public pay phone boxes :D:D:D and the high rise office buildings were packed with people watching the parade from above.

Well I got nothing new, moving from the south island to the north has a few suckful things... for instant the north island is nowhere near as interesting or as beautiful as the south island, the south island is the most beautiful place in NZ and I miss its beauty soooo much. Nothing good up here (personally) have to travel for ages for somewhere that excites me and want to share with others... hmmmm.... I will soon find something, probably over the xmas break when I have more time on my hands and am more likely to go away on holiday :D:D:D
